Pilea libanensis 'Greyzy', also sold as 'Silver Sparkles', is a trailing pilea with fine red stems and many tiny silver-grey leaves that create a soft, shimmering cascade. Because the foliage stays small and dense, it suits hanging pots, shelf edges, and layered displays where you want light texture without heaviness. It can trail 30 cm or more in good conditions while staying easy to manage.
Bright, indirect light keeps the silver cast clearer, though lower light makes stems stretch and the colour fade. Keep the mix lightly moist with slight drying at the surface between waterings, provide average to moderately high humidity, and prune occasionally to maintain a fuller shape. Small white flowers can appear, but the main appeal is the sparkling foliage.
