Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1) Referral offer

Your friend’s reward

• €10 off eligible full-priced plants
• Applies when your friend spends €70 or more on eligible full-priced plants
• One-time use for first-time customers only

Your reward

• 200 Foliage Points added after your friend’s first order is marked as paid

2) How referrals work

• You share your personal referral link.
• Your friend uses that link to place their first order.
• The order must be successfully marked as paid.
• Once the purchase is confirmed, you receive 200 Foliage Points.

3) Eligibility

• Referral discounts are intended for new customers only.
• The referred-customer reward is limited to one per person, account, and order.
• Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or attempts to bypass the referral rules are not eligible.
• Referral rewards are issued only when the system can confirm a valid first purchase.

4) Minimum spend

• The €70 minimum spend is calculated from eligible full-priced plants only.
• Sale items, plant sets, B-Ware, accessories, tools, substrates, gift cards, shipping, and taxes do not count toward the €70 minimum.
• Your friend can still add other items to their cart, but those items will not help meet the referral minimum.

5) What the €10 discount applies to

The referral discount applies to eligible full-priced plants only.

It does not apply to:

• sale items
• plant sets
• B-Ware plants
• accessories
• tools
• substrates
• gift cards
• shipping
• taxes
• any other non-plant items

6) Discount code rules

• Referral codes are single-use.
• One discount code can be used per order.
• Referral codes cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotions, rewards, or offers.
• Referral rewards must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after an order has been placed.
• Referral discounts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

7) When points are added

• You receive 200 Foliage Points after your friend’s first order is marked as paid.
• If the referred order is cancelled, refunded, or found to be ineligible, referral points may be removed again.
• Referral points follow the same expiry rules as the Foliage Points program.

8) Fair use

We may withhold, remove, or reverse referral rewards if the program is misused. This includes self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fake accounts, repeated use by the same customer, or any attempt to bypass the referral rules.

9) Program changes

We may update, pause, or end the referral program at any time. The current rules shown on this page apply to active referral offers.
