Plant Delivery, Arrival Issues & Returns

We pack and dispatch live plants with care. Because plants are sensitive products, condition can be influenced by handling, transit time, weather, and (where applicable) customs procedures. Shipping schedules, destination notes, tracking rules, remote-area surcharges, and customs information are listed on our Shipping & Delivery page.

If your order arrives with clear damage, appears incorrect, or items are missing, please contact us as soon as possible with photos (plant + close-ups + packaging). We will assess the case and, where applicable, offer an appropriate remedy in line with our Returns & Refunds policy.

Refusal of Service

We may refuse service, cancel orders, or block future purchases in cases of suspected abuse, false claims, or fraud — for example, repeated unfounded damage reports, refusal to return items while demanding compensation, or attempts to misuse our guarantee or refund policy.

Non-Delivery and Delay Liability

We are not liable for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address details, unavailability to receive delivery, or failure to act on courier notifications. Product Information Disclaimer

Descriptions and care information reflect typical specimens; natural variation in size, appearance, and growth occurs. Images represent typical size, leaf count, colour, and variegation where applicable. Measurements are guidelines.

Care Instructions Disclaimer

Care guidance is general. Results vary with light, humidity, temperature, and other environmental conditions. Responsibility for plant care after delivery lies with the customer.

Health and Safety Disclaimer

Some plants are toxic if ingested or may irritate skin. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Wash hands after handling, especially after pruning or if sap is present. Customers are responsible for understanding potential toxicity and safe handling. We disclaim liability for allergic reactions or adverse effects.

Price and Availability Disclaimer

Prices and availability may change without prior notice. We may modify or discontinue products at any time.

Payment Disclaimer

Payments are processed securely by trusted third-party providers. We do not store payment data. Payment-related disputes should be addressed to your payment provider. An overview of accepted options and checkout security measures is available on our Payment Methods page.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, damages, or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, or supply disruptions. We will communicate delays and resume obligations as soon as feasible.

Legal Jurisdiction

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Germany, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your habitual residence.

Licensed stock photography may be used under valid licenses. Any reproduction, distribution, or use beyond statutory allowances requires written permission.

Third-party copyrights are respected and identified where applicable. If you suspect infringement, contact us; we will act promptly. Limited non-commercial use may be granted with written permission and proper attribution.
