Withdraw from contract

You can use this page to submit an online withdrawal declaration for an eligible order placed with Foliage Factory.

This online function is an additional way to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal. You can still contact us by email, by post, or use any other legally accepted withdrawal method.

Please enter the required details so we can identify your order and the product or part of the order you want to withdraw from. After submitting the form, you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt by email.

You do not need to give a reason for withdrawal.

What happens next?

After submitting the form, you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt by email. This confirmation only confirms that we have received your withdrawal declaration. We will review the order details and the scope of the withdrawal separately.

If you return goods, please use only the return address stated in the withdrawal instructions below or another return address expressly confirmed by us in writing.

A. Instructions for withdrawal

Introduction

Consumers, i.e. any individual acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside that individual’s trade, business, craft or profession, are entitled to withdraw from the contract on the following conditions.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or email:

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

You can also electronically fill in and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear withdrawal statement through the withdrawal function provided on our website, where this function is available. If you use this option, we will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal declaration on a durable medium, for example by email, without delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and not later than fourteen days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. This does not include any supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

Please do not send returns to a parcel shop, packing station, courier depot, branch of a shipping provider, sender address, warehouse address, address of a shipping or warehouse partner, or any other different address unless we have expressly confirmed that address to you in writing beforehand.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

General information

• Please prevent damage to and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods, if possible, in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, please use protective outer packaging. If you are no longer in possession of the original packaging, please use suitable packaging that provides adequate protection against possible transport damage.

• Please do not return goods freight collect or without sufficient postage.

• Please contact us before sending back goods so that we can confirm the correct return address and assign the return to your order. This helps prevent parcels from being sent to a wrong or unidentifiable address.

• Please use a tracked shipping service and keep the proof of postage until your reimbursement has been completed. For clear allocation, the proof of postage should show that the goods were sent to the return address stated above or to another return address expressly confirmed by us in writing.

• Please note that the above general information is not a precondition for effectively exercising your right of withdrawal.
