Foliage Points Program Terms

These rules explain how points and rewards work.

1) Your account

• Points are linked to your customer account and email address. Use the same email for every order.
• Points from separate accounts cannot be combined.
• Points and rewards have no cash value and cannot be bought, sold, or transferred.

2) Earning points

• Join: receive 50 Foliage Points once per eligible account.
• Birthday: receive 50 Foliage Points once per year. Add your birthday at least 30 days before the date.
• Shop: receive 1 Foliage Point for every €1 spent on products after discounts. Shipping and tax do not count. Points are added after payment is confirmed.
• Second order: receive 100 bonus points once when the products in your second paid order total at least €50 after discounts. The bonus is removed if that order is fully refunded.
• Refer a friend: receive 200 points after a new customer places their first paid order through your referral link. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and fake referrals do not qualify. Points may be removed if the order is cancelled or refunded. See the referral page for the full rules.

3) Available rewards

• 100 points: €5 off with at least €50 in eligible full-priced plants
• 200 points: €10 off with at least €100 in eligible full-priced plants
• 500 points: €25 off with at least €250 in eligible full-priced plants
• 450 points: free shipping when the selected shipping method costs €29 or less

The Foliage Points panel shows the rewards and requirements available when you redeem.

4) Plant reward eligibility

Plant discounts apply to eligible full-priced plants. Sale items, plant sets, B-Ware, accessories, tools, substrates, gift cards, shipping, tax, and other non-plant items do not qualify. Only eligible plants count toward the required spend. Other products can remain in your cart.

5) Using a reward

• Choose your reward in the Foliage Points panel before checkout.
• Redeeming points creates a single-use discount code and deducts the points immediately.
• Use one reward or discount code per order. Reward codes cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
• Reward codes cannot be added after an order has been placed.
• A shared reward code can still be used only once. If someone else uses it first, it is no longer available.

6) Free shipping reward

• The selected shipping method must cost €29 or less.
• Availability can depend on the delivery country, shipping method, cart contents, and checkout settings.
• The code stays with the account that redeemed it and cannot be gifted.

7) Returns, refunds, and order changes

• Points earned from an order may be removed or adjusted after a cancellation, return, refund, or order change.
• The second-order bonus is removed when the qualifying order is fully refunded.
• Points and rewards may be adjusted to reflect the final order value.

8) Fair use and program changes

We may withhold or remove points and rewards when the program is misused. This includes duplicate accounts, self-referrals, fake referrals, and attempts to claim a bonus more than once.

We may update, pause, or end the program, including its earning rates, rewards, eligibility rules, and referral terms. The current details will appear on this page and in the Foliage Points panel.
