Foliage Points – Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions
Quick rules at a glance
- Earn points on everything: plants, accessories, tools, substrates, and more.
- Plant rewards are plant-only: discounts apply to eligible full-priced plants (not sale, sets, B-Ware, or non-plant items).
- Minimum spend is calculated from eligible plants only: non-plant items don’t help you reach the €70/€250 thresholds.
- Redeem before checkout: rewards create a single-use code.
- No stacking: one reward code per order, not combinable with other offers.
- Points expire: 12 months after your last points activity (earning or redeeming).
- Free shipping codes are account-locked: they can only be used by the account that redeemed them.
1) Program basics
Foliage Points is Foliage Factory’s loyalty program. You earn points through eligible actions and redeem points for rewards. Points and rewards:
- have no cash value
- can’t be exchanged for money
- can’t be bought or sold
2) Eligibility & accounts
- Points are linked to your customer account/email.
- To avoid missing points, use the same email for every order.
- Points can’t be merged across multiple accounts.
3) How you earn points
You can earn points in these ways:
A) Sign up
- +50 Foliage Points (one-time per account)
B) Birthday
- +50 Foliage Points (once per eligible birthday, per account)
- Important: add your birthday at least 30 days before the date to receive the birthday bonus.
C) Shopping
- 1 Foliage Point for every €1 spent
- Points are earned on all products (plants + accessories + tools + substrates).
When points are added
- Points are added once an order is marked paid (payment confirmed).
How points are calculated
- Points are based on your item subtotal excluding discounts.
- Shipping and taxes don’t earn points.
D) Referrals
- +200 Foliage Points when a referred friend places their first paid order using your referral link.
- Referral points are added once the friend’s order is marked paid.
- If the referred order is refunded or cancelled, the referral points may be removed accordingly.
- Referral offers and eligibility may change; the referral page/panel shows the current details.
4) Points expiry
- Points expire 12 months after your last points activity (earning or redeeming).
- Expired points don’t roll over and can’t be reinstated.
5) Redeeming rewards (how it works)
- Rewards must be redeemed before checkout in the rewards panel.
- Redeeming creates a single-use discount code and points are deducted immediately.
- Rewards can’t be applied retroactively after an order is placed.
- If a reward code has an expiry date, it will be shown at the time you redeem it.
6) Rewards currently available
A) Use Points Your Way (eligible full-priced plants only)
- 100 points = €5 off
- 200 points = €10 off (max per order)
- Minimum eligible plant spend: €70
B) €25 off eligible full-priced plants
- 500 points = €25 off
- Minimum eligible plant spend: €250
C) Free shipping coupon
- 450 points = free shipping
- No minimum order value
- Valid for orders with any items
- No exclusions
Rewards may change over time. The rewards shown in your rewards panel at redemption time are the current offers.
7) What counts as “eligible” for plant rewards
Plant discount rewards apply only to eligible full-priced plants.

Minimum spend is based on eligible items only
- The €70 / €250 minimum is calculated from eligible full-priced plants only.
- Non-eligible items can be in your cart, but they don’t count toward the minimum.
How the discount applies
- Plant rewards apply only to the eligible plant items in your cart.
- Non-eligible items remain at their normal price.
8) Discount code rules (single-use + no stacking)
- Single-use: each reward code can be used once.
- No stacking: reward codes can’t be combined with other discount codes, promotions, or offers.
- One code per order.
9) Sharing reward codes (gifting)
- Points can’t be transferred to another account.
- Most reward codes can be shared. If someone else uses your code first, you won’t be able to use it again (single-use).
- Free shipping codes are account-locked and can only be used on the account that redeemed them.
10) Returns, refunds, and order changes
- If an order is refunded, points earned from that order are removed.
- If an order is partially refunded, points are adjusted to match the final paid item subtotal.
- If a reward was used on an order that is later refunded or cancelled, points/rewards may be adjusted to reflect the final outcome.
11) Fair use
To keep the program fair, we may withhold, revoke, or adjust points/rewards in cases of abuse (for example: multiple accounts created to claim bonuses).
12) Changes to the program
We may update, pause, or end Foliage Points at any time (including earning rates, reward values, eligibility rules, or expiry). Any changes will be reflected on this page and/or in the rewards panel.
