Secure, flexible payment options through Shopify checkout — with express checkout on supported devices.
1. Payment Methods
The exact payment options shown at checkout depend on your delivery country, device/browser, order value, and provider checks. We don’t offer payment by invoice — orders must be paid in advance using one of the methods available at checkout.
- Shop Pay: fast checkout with saved details on supported devices/browsers.
- Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay. Your bank may request additional verification (e.g., 3D Secure / Strong Customer Authentication).
- Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay (shown on supported devices/browsers).
- PayPal: available where supported by PayPal for your country and order.
- Local payment methods (where available): Bancontact (Belgium), EPS (Austria), iDEAL, MobilePay, TWINT, Klarna. BLIK (Poland) may appear once activation is completed.
- Crypto (where available): USDC. Availability and any crypto-specific settlement/refund handling are shown during checkout.
2. Currency & Conversion
Orders are charged in the currency shown at checkout (typically EUR). If your bank uses a different currency, it may apply its own exchange rate and foreign transaction fees. These charges are set by your payment provider; we don’t control them and don’t receive any portion of them.
3. Minimum Order Value
A minimum order value of 25 € applies to plant orders. This helps reduce packaging waste, consolidate shipments, and keep overall shipping and handling costs fair.
4. Payment Confirmation & Order Processing
We start preparing your order once payment is confirmed:
- Usually instant: many card payments, wallets, and express checkout methods confirm immediately.
- May take longer: some transactions can show as pending while the provider completes verification.
- Release to processing: for pay-later methods (where offered), your order is released once the provider confirms the payment.
If a payment is declined or remains unconfirmed, we can’t prepare or ship the order. Stock isn’t guaranteed until payment is confirmed. For processing times and dispatch schedules, see Shipping & Delivery.
5. Refunds
- Refund method: refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- No alternative payout: we can’t redirect refunds to different accounts for security and compliance reasons.

6. Security & Data Protection
Checkout security is handled via Shopify checkout and the enabled payment providers. We only use providers that meet current security and compliance standards.
- Encrypted checkout: SSL/TLS encryption protects data in transit.
- PCI compliance: card payments are processed through PCI-compliant systems. We do not store full card numbers or security codes.
- Strong authentication: where required, your bank/provider may request additional verification (e.g., 3D Secure).
- Tokenisation: saved payment details (e.g., express checkout) are stored securely with the relevant provider, not on our servers.
- Privacy: personal data is handled in line with applicable data protection rules. Details: Privacy Policy.
7. Payment Issues & Disputes
If a payment looks incorrect (duplicate charge, failed payment, or unexpected status), please contact us first with your order number. We’ll help you sort it out as fast as possible.
