Dracaena surculosa 'Florida Beauty' is a spotted gold-dust cultivar with glossy dark green leaves covered so heavily in cream to yellow flecking that some leaves appear almost more pale than green. The plant stays relatively compact at around 60–90 cm indoors, with thin upright stems that keep the habit airy rather than bulky.
Bright indirect light is important if you want the spotting to stay strong, while too much direct sun can scorch the leaves and low light can dull the pattern. Keep the substrate lightly moist but not soggy, allowing the top layer to dry between waterings, and use a well-draining mix rich in organic matter.
Warm temperatures around 18–27 °C and at least moderate humidity support steady growth. Like other Dracaena, this cultivar is toxic to pets if ingested.
