Citrus × microcarpa, known as Calamondin or calamansi, is a compact ornamental citrus with dense evergreen foliage, fragrant white blossom and small orange fruits that can remain decorative for a long time. Its dense branching and small fruit keep the plant compact enough for container culture. Give it high light, an airy citrus mix, even watering during active growth and a bright protected winter position above about 13°C.
