Syngonium steyermarkii develops from arrowhead juvenile leaves into more deeply lobed mature foliage, giving it a lighter, cut-leaf look than many broader Syngonium species. It is a vining climber with strong aerial roots and performs best when given a moss pole or trellis that lets the leaves size up as the stem rises.
Bright indirect light supports stronger growth, while keeping the soil lightly moist but never saturated is the safest approach for avoiding yellowing and root damage.
