Feathery, lobed, smooth and rippled fern fronds
Nephrolepis ‘Green Fantasy’ produces fine divided fronds, while Phlebodium ‘Blue Star’ has broader blue-green lobes. Asplenium nidus forms a clean rosette of strap-shaped fronds, and ‘Crispy Wave’ gives that same bird’s-nest form strongly rippled edges.
Fresh fronds emerge through the centre of each plant. The two Asplenium stay as compact rosettes, Phlebodium builds a broader crown of lobed fronds, and Nephrolepis produces the finest, most feathery growth.
