Homalomena sp. ‘Red Velvet’
Burgundy, red and deep green run from the coloured petiole through the midrib and spread across a softly velvety blade. Fresh leaves rise folded through the centre, showing concentrated red tones before opening into the surrounding foliage. Short stalks keep the warm-coloured surfaces close together and give the plant a low, dense outline.
