Dieffenbachia ‘Tropic Marianne’ has broad leaves dominated by a creamy white to pale chartreuse centre. A rich green border follows the edge, with soft green brush marks and small flecks blending the two colours. Mature blades can become exceptionally wide, making the light middle appear as a large calm area inside a dark outline.
Young plants carry shorter, greener foliage. Later growth opens larger and paler while strong upright shoots maintain a full shape. Its eventual indoor height depends on age and pruning, while the exceptionally broad foliage remains its defining feature.
