Caladium 'Kelly' is a compact cultivated Caladium with pale heart-shaped leaves, green veins and green leaf edges, plus scattered pink speckles. Some leaves stay paler, while others show stronger pink markings.
This is a small, pale-leaved Caladium with a soft pattern of green veins, green edges and pink speckles. The leaves rise on slim leaf stalks and keep the plant compact above the pot.
Feed lightly while new leaves form. Filtered light, steady warmth and an airy mix matter more than strong fertiliser.
When the leaves fade, keep the tuber drier until new shoots appear. Caladium 'Kelly' grows in warm conditions, then rests once its leafy phase has finished.
Caladium 'Kelly' is propagated by tuber division. Divide only mature, firm tubers, and make sure each section has a visible bud or growing point.
Keep Caladium 'Kelly' out of reach of pets and children. The leaves, leaf stalks and tuber contain calcium oxalate crystals, which can irritate the mouth, throat, digestive tract and skin if plant tissue is eaten or handled after damage.
'Kelly' is used for this compact pale Caladium cultivar.
