Aeschynanthus longicaulis (marmoratus)
Long grey to grey-brown stems carry the marbled leaves of Aeschynanthus longicaulis (marmoratus) in opposite pairs. The shoots extend away from the base before hanging, so both sides of the foliage remain visible along the trails.
Pale green markings follow the veins across each dark green leaf in irregular bands and branching lines. Leaves that twist on the stem reveal red and purple mottling underneath, adding a second pattern to the plant.
