Peperomia clusiifolia 'Red Margin' uses clean colour contrast rather than complicated variegation, with glossy green leaves edged by a crisp red to pink margin on upright semi-succulent stems. Indoors it usually reaches around 30–40 cm and gradually forms a bushy clump, making it a good option for desks, shelves, or bright windowsills where an upright plant is easier to manage.
Bright, indirect light helps intensify the coloured edge, while moderate watering and a well-draining substrate protect the thick stems and roots from rot. Let the upper layer dry before watering again, keep temperatures warm, and avoid heavy, compacted soil. Flower spikes can appear, but the plant is mainly grown for its coloured leaf outline, giving it a crisp, graphic presence indoors.
