Heptapleurum arboricola 'Trinette' (formerly Schefflera arboricola 'Trinette') is a striking variegated cultivar of the umbrella tree, prized for its lush green and creamy-yellow foliage. Native to Taiwan and Hainan, this fast-growing, easy-care plant adapts well to indoor and outdoor environments. With its vibrant, compact growth habit and tolerance to a range of conditions, it’s an excellent choice for homes, offices, and tropical gardens.
For best results, mimic the warm, humid conditions of its native environment. Occasional dusting of leaves improves photosynthesis and keeps foliage vibrant.
The genus Heptapleurum refers to its compound, seven-leaflet arrangement. The cultivar name 'Trinette' highlights its distinct variegation pattern.
