Borneoa scortechinii
Borneoa scortechinii is a forest-floor aroid with broad leaves whose colour and pattern vary naturally from plant to plant. The leaves may be green, grey-green or yellow-green, with silver-grey markings ranging from fine mottling to stronger bands.
The stem can remain upright for a time, then bend down and grow along the potting mix. Sections touching the mix may form roots, allowing the plant to spread gradually across the pot. Mature plants can also produce small aroid inflorescences.
