Dense pale speckling across green leaves gives Aglaonema 'Snowflake' its crisp, spotted pattern. Cream, silver and white flecks sit across smooth oval-lance blades, while the green base keeps each leaf clearly outlined.
The plant starts as a small central crown and slowly builds into a fuller clump. Young plants need careful watering, steady warmth and a snug pot while the roots fill the container.
Aglaonema 'Snowflake' produces bright speckled foliage from a small central crown. Leaves sit closer together when the plant gets filtered light, warm roots and a pot that does not stay wet at the base.
The genus Aglaonema is native from north-eastern India to Papua New Guinea and grows in warm, shaded tropical habitats. The dense pale flecking across the green leaves gives this cultivar its snow-speckled look.
Aglaonema 'Snowflake' contains irritating calcium oxalate crystals. Eaten plant tissue can cause oral irritation and digestive discomfort, so place the pot where pets and small children cannot reach the leaves. Clean tools and hands after pruning.
