‘Red Joy’ is a cultivated Aglaonema with crimson-pink foliage. Its genus has a broad tropical Asian range extending from north-eastern India to Papua New Guinea, and many wild species occupy moist, shaded forest-floor habitats. Cultivated forms retain the genus’s warm, upright growth while showing a much wider range of leaf colours and patterns.
