Aglaonema ‘Pearl’ dusts dark-green pointed leaves with tiny silver marks, short streaks and linked pale patches. Deeper green areas separate the mottling and keep the pattern sharply visible, while a pale central line runs from base to tip. Cream to pink petioles add a subtle warm accent below the cooler silver detail.
Points and dashes spread outward from a narrow pale midrib as the leaf grows. As they widen, some markings lengthen into dashes or connect into larger pearly areas. Mature foliage develops a firm smooth texture, with the smallest speckles most distinct against the deepest green sections. Basal shoots gradually increase the plant’s fullness and introduce new distributions of silver, producing an established specimen with consistent colouring but considerable variation from leaf to leaf.
