Aglaonema ‘Greyhound’ has narrow light-green leaves that taper to sharp points. Irregular deep-green strokes gather mainly around the midrib, ranging from a few small marks to much denser splashes. Almost-white petioles remain visible below the slim leaf bases and strengthen the cultivar’s pale, fresh appearance.
New foliage is short, upright and only lightly marked. Mature blades lengthen while preserving their narrow proportions, and the central green pattern becomes more varied from leaf to leaf. Additional shoots gradually fill out the young plant, yet the fine foliage keeps a light texture even on an established specimen. Some leaves retain large stretches of clear light green; others develop a stronger dark-green centre, allowing several levels of pattern to appear together.
