Bring timeless tropical charm into your home with Philodendron 'Green Princess'. This compact hybrid impresses with its deep green, glossy foliage and easy-care nature. Perfect for desks, shelves, or plant stands, it offers bold greenery without demanding constant attention.
Philodendron 'Green Princess' features oval, richly colored leaves with a slightly textured finish. Unlike many sprawling Philodendrons, it grows upright, making it ideal for small urban spaces or for layering into larger indoor plant collections. With minimal care, it rewards you with dense, bushy growth year-round.
This compact cultivar typically grows up to 50 – 70 cm tall indoors. With time, it may develop a slight vining habit but generally remains upright unless encouraged to climb. Growth is moderate, with steady leaf production under the right conditions.
Philodendron 'Green Princess' is a compact, unregistered hybrid in the Araceae family. Its exact parentage is unknown, but it likely stems from a self-heading selection related to Philodendron erubescens. The name 'Green Princess' is a commercial trade name and not a formally registered cultivar. This plant is nursery-bred and does not occur in the wild. Like all Philodendrons, it contains calcium oxalate crystals and should be kept out of reach of pets and children.
The genus name Philodendron derives from the Greek “philo” (love) and “dendron” (tree), describing the climbing or self-heading habits found across the genus.
Compact, resilient, and lush – Philodendron 'Green Princess' is the perfect fit for plant lovers seeking tropical flair with minimal effort. Order now and add vibrant green energy to your home!
