Hoya wibergiae is a Philippine species with smooth oval to elliptical leaves, delicate silver flecking, and mature umbels that can hold up to 40 pale yellow flowers with recurved petals and a rust-toned corona. The foliage starts neat and slightly understated, then the stems become more woody and architectural over time, especially if the plant is trained up a support or allowed to trail long enough.
Bright filtered light, humidity around 60–80%, and an airy substrate with bark, perlite, and coir keep the roots healthy and encourage faster growth, while watering should happen once the upper few centimetres have dried. It adapts well to semi-hydro and roots readily from cuttings.
Hoya wibergiae is a strong all-round collector species if you want fine silver-flecked foliage, good growth, and eventually generous umbels on a manageable vine.
