Hoya rundumensis 'Splash' is a Bornean form with stiff leathery leaves marked by generous pale splashing over green, often backed by a softly textured underside that adds extra depth to the foliage. Compared with flatter, thinner Hoyas, it feels firmer and more structural, while still growing as a trailing or climbing epiphyte that suits shelves, hanging baskets, or compact trellises. Under warm, stable conditions it may produce dark red fuzzy flowers with a golden corona and strong fragrance.
Bright indirect light keeps the speckling clear, the top of the mix should dry slightly between waterings, and a loose bark-rich substrate with good airflow is essential to avoid rot. It is a foliage-first Hoya, but flowering adds another layer once the plant matures.
