Hoya 'Patricia' is a hybrid created from Hoya elliptica and Hoya darwinii, selected to combine stronger growth and easier handling with attractive veining and dependable cream-toned flower umbels. The leaves are firm, glossy, and lightly patterned rather than heavily splashed, which gives the plant a clean look whether the vines are left to trail or trained upward on a small support.
Compared with fussier Hoyas, it is more adaptable under normal indoor conditions, though it still performs best in bright indirect light, a loose airy mix, and watering only after roughly the upper third of the substrate has dried. Temperatures around 18–28 °C and humidity around 50–60% are comfortable for steady growth. Keep old peduncles in place after flowering, because Hoyas rebloom from them.
