Cream to pale-yellow tissue occupies the centre of each small leaf, leaving an irregular green border. Some blades keep a broad margin, while others open almost completely pale.
The thick oval to obovate leaves sit closely along fine trailing stems. Mature plants can also produce tiny urn-shaped pink flowers.
