Hoya CNS 005 is a large-leaved vine chosen for structure rather than splash, with broad, leathery foliage, a clear midrib, and a firm texture that makes each leaf look almost cut from heavy material. The leaves usually mature to a deeper satin green while keeping a balanced, orderly arrangement along the vine, so the plant stays architectural whether it climbs or arches.
Bright, indirect light, an airy mix with bark and mineral components, moderate humidity, and a slightly rootbound pot all help it perform well indoors. Water once the upper part of the substrate has dried, keep temperatures warm, and avoid prolonged wetness that softens the leaves.
This is a good fit for growers who want a bold Hoya presence without relying on variegation or constant flowering for impact.
