Dracaena pethera ‘Coppertone’ (formerly Sansevieria kirkii var. pulchra)
Dracaena pethera ‘Coppertone’ grows from underground rhizomes into a basal group of broad, heavy leaves. The blades have a gently wavy surface and a warm pink, copper or tan base colour covered by dark green to almost black netted markings. Pointed tips and a narrow red edge complete the pattern.
Each leaf rises separately from the base, and the rhizomes connect several fans of wide, rippled leaves across the pot.
