Chlorophytum comosum ‘Ocean’ in Kokodama places its compact striped rosette inside a rounded coconut-fibre container. Short broad leaves rise from the top in bright green with cream-white margins, their smooth bands set against the coarse natural brown surface. The presentation keeps the whole plant light enough to hang.
As ‘Ocean’ develops, long branched stems pass beyond the leaf rosette and curve around the fibre ball. Small white flowers appear first, followed by miniature green-and-cream plantlets with their own short leaves and aerial roots. These gain weight and draw the runners into deeper arcs. A developed display carries buds, open white flowers and rooted young rosettes together, with every stage visible along the lengthening stems.
