Ceropegia woodii Variegata carries green and silver hearts bordered or splashed with cream. Pale sections often blush soft pink, especially on the smallest opening leaves, while the undersides and threadlike stems retain purple tones. Every pair develops a different balance of colour, from mostly green to almost completely cream.
The vine grows from a woody tuber and may produce smaller aerial tubers along its older nodes. Short new tips hold the closest-spaced and pinkest leaves; the spacing increases as the purple stems lengthen into fine trails. Lantern-shaped flowers can appear between the patterned hearts, with a swollen pale base and darker joined tips. Branching gradually produces a layered curtain in which cream-heavy strands, greener growth and individual silver-marbled leaves remain easy to distinguish.
