× Bacurio delphinatifolius, commonly called String of Dolphins, carries rows of small fleshy leaves shaped like leaping dolphins. Each blue-green leaf curves around a raised tip, repeating the same distinctive outline along both sides of a slender stem.
Several shoots rise from the compact crown before hanging over the pot as they lengthen. Their firm water-storing leaves remain visible along the trails, and older growth may also produce small flowers.
