Aloe dorotheae ‘Crimson’ grows as a low offsetting Aloe with glossy leaves in orange-red, crimson and yellow-green tones. White spotting and small marginal teeth add detail across the thick rosettes, while side crowns can slowly widen the plant into a cluster. Aloe dorotheae is native to northeastern Tanzania, and this Crimson plant keeps that low clumping habit in cultivation. Gradual light acclimation protects the glossy leaves from abrupt exposure marks.
