Pumice – durable mineral structure for custom substrates
Pumice gives a substrate stable pore space without making it as light as a perlite-heavy mix. It is a good ingredient for growers who need structure that lasts.

Watering behaviour
The granules hold some moisture internally while keeping the mix open. That makes pumice useful in succulent, bonsai, aroid and semi-mineral recipes.
When to blend it
A pure mineral pot is not right for every houseplant. Use coir, soil or bark where roots need more contact and nutrient-holding capacity.
