Philodendron 'Painted Lady' is a climbing hybrid known for neon-yellow new leaves that mature to lime green with fine mottling, all carried on pink-flushed petioles that stay visible even from a distance. With support it can grow to around 2 m indoors, but the plant remains visually light because the leaves stay relatively narrow and the stems climb rather than bulk out sideways.
Bright, indirect light helps keep the colour clean, while a structured mix of bark, coir, and perlite lets the roots breathe between waterings. Let the top portion of the substrate dry slightly, keep temperatures warm, and add a pole or trellis early if you want larger, more upright foliage. As with other Philodendron hybrids, plant tissue contains calcium oxalate, so despite the easy care it is not suitable for pets or children that chew leaves or stems.
