A mosaic of mint, cream, yellow-green, and deeper green tones gives Monstera deliciosa 'Bulbasaur' its broken variegated pattern. Young leaves often show small colour blocks and scattered pale sections across the blade, then later growth can take on the broader split-leaf form associated with Monstera deliciosa. The plant climbs from a central stem and benefits from vertical support as leaves gain size. On new foliage, pale and green sections break across the surface in irregular patches. Bright filtered light suits the colour pattern indoors. Chewed Monstera leaves or stems can irritate the mouth, so placement matters around pets and small children.
