Hoya latifolia 'Splash' pairs the species' broad, heavy foliage with scattered silver-white patterning that makes each leaf look hand-marked rather than uniformly variegated. Because the leaf size is already dramatic, that irregular splash does not need to be extreme to give the plant real visual force, especially once it starts layering up a support and building into a proper specimen. It suits growers who want a Hoya that reads strongly from across a room, not just at close range, and it remains appealing even when not in bloom.
Keep it in bright indirect light, use an airy bark-rich substrate, and let the mix dry through much of the pot before watering again to preserve both the patterning and the solid, architectural feel of the foliage.
