Planting inside “Plant puzzle”

  • Base layer: Add a mineral drainage layer, then a mesh or barrier before substrate.
  • Layout: Place hardscape first, then tuck plants in; keep leaves off the glass where possible.
  • Watering: Start lightly; aim for evenly damp substrate rather than standing water at the bottom.
  • Access: Use the opening for quick trims and cleaning without disturbing the whole layout.
