Enermix combines two whitefly parasitoids, Eretmocerus eremicus and Encarsia formosa, in one card system. That makes it an early-stage option where broader whitefly coverage and gradual beneficial release are useful over time.

Enermix – Gradual Whitefly Management with Parasitoid Wasp Cards

This product is designed for early use, not for dramatic overnight cleanup. The cards release parasitoids gradually, which helps support whitefly management over time and makes the method especially useful when introduced at first signs.

  • Encarsia formosa: used against greenhouse whitefly.
  • Eretmocerus eremicus: broadens coverage to tobacco whitefly as well.
  • Combined approach: better coverage across different whitefly situations than relying on just one species.

Use and timing

  • Open the strip carefully and tear off the cards at the perforation opposite the hanging hole.
  • Hang the cards close to affected foliage without touching the pupae.
  • Keep them out of direct sun, strong heat, and strong airflow.
  • Repeat releases if whitefly pressure remains high.
