Referral Program Terms & Conditions
1) The referral offer
Your friend’s reward (referred customer)
- €10 off all full-priced plants
- Applies to orders over €70 in full-priced plants
- One-time use (intended for a friend’s first purchase)
Your reward (referring customer)
- 200 Foliage Points added after your friend’s first paid order
2) How referrals work
- You share your personal referral link.
- Your friend uses that link and places an order.
- Your friend’s order must be marked paid.
- You receive 200 Foliage Points once the purchase is confirmed.
3) Eligibility (who can use it)
- Referral rewards are intended for new customers (first-time buyers).
- The referred reward is limited to one per person/account.
- The referring reward is issued only when the system can confirm a valid first purchase.
4) Minimum spend and what counts
- The €70 minimum is calculated from full-priced plants only.
- Shipping, taxes, and non-plant items don’t count toward the €70 minimum.
- If your friend’s cart contains accessories/tools/substrates, they can still buy them — they just won’t help meet the plant minimum.
5) What the €10 discount applies to (and what it doesn’t)
The referred discount applies to full-priced plants only.
It does not apply to:
- sale items
- plant sets
- B-Ware plants
- accessories, tools, substrates, and other non-plant items
- (if applicable) gift cards
6) Discount code rules
- Referral codes are single-use. Once used, they can’t be used again.
- One code per order — referral codes can’t be combined with other discount codes, promotions, or offers.
- Referral rewards must be applied at checkout and can’t be added after an order is placed.
7) When you receive your 200 points
- You’ll receive 200 Foliage Points after your friend’s first order is marked paid.
- If that order is cancelled or refunded, the referral points may be removed again.
- Referral points follow the same expiry rules as the loyalty program (points expire 12 months after your last points activity).
8) Fair use
To keep referrals fair, we may withhold or reverse rewards in cases of misuse (for example: creating multiple accounts, self-referrals, or other attempts to game the system).
9) Changes to the referral program
We may update, pause, or end the referral program at any time. The current rules will always be shown on this page.
