Healthy Plant Guarantee
At Foliage Factory, we stand by the quality of our plants. If your plant doesn’t arrive in good condition, we’ll make it right.
Our Responsibility for Delivery:
✔ We ensure your plant arrives in good condition.
✔ If it arrives damaged or unhealthy, our Refund & Return Policy applies—see below for details.
Minor Imperfections
Plants are living organisms, and minor cosmetic flaws (e.g., small scratches, slightly bent leaves) may occur during shipping. These do not affect the plant’s health or growth.
If you notice significant damage beyond minor imperfections, refer to our Returns & Refunds section to start a claim.
Right to Withdraw
⚠️ Important: You always have the right to withdraw from your order, even if the plant is healthy, has minor imperfections, or you simply decide not to keep it.
✔ To withdraw, complete the withdrawal form.
✔ We’ll provide a prepaid return label, and the plant must be returned in its original condition (including pot, soil & packaging).
28-Day Health Guarantee
Your plant is covered for 28 days from the date of delivery. If issues arise within this period, we’ll work with you to find a solution.
✔ The plant must remain in its original pot and soil for the first 28 days.
✔ No repotting, cutting, or chemical treatments during this period—this helps us properly assess any issues.
If a health issue occurs within 28 days, follow the instructions in our Returns & Refunds section to file a claim.
Non-Refundable Items:
❌ Cuttings
❌ B-Ware Plants (discounted, imperfect plants)
❌ Beneficial Insects
❌ Caladium Bulbs (unless they arrive in bad condition)
🤔 FAQ: Why Wait to Repot?
Repotting too soon can stress your plant and make it difficult to determine the cause of any potential issues.
Why wait at least 28 days?
✔ Plants need time to adjust – The first 4 weeks are crucial for adaptation.
✔ Reduces stress & transplant shock – Moving to a new space is already a big change.
✔ Helps us assist you better – If something goes wrong, we can accurately assess the cause only if the plant remains in its original pot and soil. Once repotted, it's much harder to tell whether the issue stems from its initial condition, transport, or repotting stress.
For the best results, keep your plant in its original pot for at least 28 days before making any changes. 🌿
