Use this form to report any issues with items in your order, such as damages, incorrect items, or missing products. We’ll help resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

 

When to use this form?

  • You received a damaged product.

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • Something is missing from your order.

 


When will you hear back from us?

We typically respond within 48 hours of receiving your message, Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM CET.

Please note: Our customer service is unavailable on weekends and public holidays.

Due to a high volume of inquiries, messages about existing orders are prioritized.

If some items or plants from your order are missing, they may have been shipped separately:

  • There are no extra shipping costs for split shipments.

  • Tracking details are sent for each shipment. Please check your account and/  or email, including spam folder  for this information.
